The White Miso paste utilizes high-quality mineral water from the Alshan mountain, which has an excellent natural environment. We introduce the most professional mechanical koji making machine and employ ancient fermentation methods to ensure the miso tastes pure and authentic.

Our products are SUPER GRADE, using selected organic rice and soybeans as raw materials, brewed with pure natural mineral water from ArxanShan.
